Build trusted relationships across stakeholders while translating between technology and P&L to drive ROI and funding decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Be the strategist in the room with CIOs, COOs, and their teams to shape technology and operating strategy for where AI changes the business.
•Understand the customer’s business model and friction, and frame high-value problems in the customer’s language.
•Turn executive conversations into real programs, mobilizing Distyl’s forward-deployed engineers and researchers and staying accountable to the outcome metric.
•Grow relationships from an initial program into a portfolio across business units and budgets.
•Align Distyl delivery, product, and research teams behind commitments and provide leadership clear plans and explanations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000

Key Requirements

•Track record as a trusted advisor to senior executives (CIOs, COOs, and peers) at large enterprises.
•10–15+ years of experience in management consulting, operational/transformation leadership in large enterprises, or product leadership in enterprise technology.
•Experience delivering strategic agendas with $100M+ value impact, including shaping roadmaps, scoping/discovery, and establishing ROI/value cases for funding.
•Fluency in both technology and business strategy, able to discuss architecture and the P&L and translate between them.
•Experience turning strategic relationships into large, multi-year programs and growing them.
