FIU Cases Analyst I

Analyze customer and transactional activity to detect and confirm suspicious behavior. File SARs and CTRs with regulatory agencies for escalated activity, in line with bank procedures, compliance, and service-level requirements. Provide inbound and outbound call support for monitoring strategies and customer inquiries, and maintain production, quality, and leadership standards for assigned workstreams.
