Job Summary

Lead and assist with intelligent transportation system (ITS) design projects, including Transportation Systems Management & Operations (TSMO), concept of operations, ITS architectures, and emerging technology planning and programming. Serve as a task lead for ITS plans/programs, develop scope of services, mentor entry-level engineers, oversee project teams and subconsultants, maintain schedules, and provide technical expertise for ITS/electrical projects with minimal supervision.

•Determine ITS program objectives and requirements, and develop standards and guides for ITS activities.

•Provide oversight and direction to project team members and subconsultants, including mentorship of entry-level engineers.
•Develop and maintain project schedules and independently problem-solve to execute design projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS plus 8 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
•Professional Engineer (PE) License required.

•Ability to prepare technical reports and communicate effectively in writing.
