Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technology services for responsible ASP markets, maintaining trustworthy relationships with HBCN and market CIOs while leading on-site delivery.
  • •Build and maintain regulatory reporting delivery capability across China and other AME markets for scalable “AME Regulatory Effectiveness” solutions.
  • •Deliver technical leadership across software development, testing, and operational support activities for challenging/high-impact projects.
  • •Manage people and build a high-performing engineering culture (objectives, performance management, calibration, talent and succession decisions).
  • •Ensure service resilience and recovery objectives, manage risks/issues/dependencies, and connect delivery pipelines with financials and capacity tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •15+ years technology experience with hands-on engineering background from an individual contributor role.
  • •People management experience leading teams across different work streams.
  • •Experience delivering in an Agile environment focused on engineering solutions.
  • •Strong management of operational, financial crime, and cyber risk, with attention to detail and ability to identify and manage risk.
