Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise on business challenges to identify learning interventions that improve performance and drive business outcomes.
  • •Coordinate and manage L&D initiatives for the region, including identifying skill gaps, partnering with leaders on priorities, and improving services through continuous improvement.
  • •Develop bespoke L&D solutions, frameworks, and content; facilitate training; and manage program rollout including e-learning platforms.
  • •Lead Early Careers management, including graduate/cadet/intern program intake alignment, recruitment support, and ongoing events/workshops.
  • •Measure training effectiveness and report impact through KPIs/metrics, while maintaining stakeholder relationships and supporting assessments and communications for Early Careers programs.

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years experience in a learning and development (or similar) role within a large, complex organisation.
  • •Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs that build capability and improve performance outcomes.
  • •Able to develop engaging training materials and e-learning/blended learning solutions for diverse audiences.
  • •Competent working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and using data and analytics to monitor and report learning outcomes.
  • •Strong communication, stakeholder relationship-building, and project/time management skills to deliver high-quality outcomes.
