Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, monitor, and update owners’ Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • •Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large capital programs, including baseline schedules and schedule basis documents.
  • •Interface with project stakeholders as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and recommendations.
  • •Consolidate contractor schedules into the IMS and assess impacts to the critical path and near-critical activities.
  • •Apply EVM methodology to measure progress, monitor variances, and produce schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience delivering construction project controls/scheduling.
  • •Expertise using Primavera P6.
  • •Direct experience working on teams within a complex matrix environment.
  • •Excellent communication skills.
