Key Responsibilities

  • •Own assigned projects and provide clear progress and completion updates to the Hearing Performance Team Lead and senior developers.
  • •Plan and execute product system verification activities, assessing hearing/audiological performance, feature functionality, and sensor performance.
  • •Support test management and prepare verification documentation for product submissions and market release.
  • •Develop new test cases for product features and adapt existing test cases for new product variations.
  • •Create, enhance, and maintain testware (test infrastructure, testing frameworks, test cases, tools, and agents) and provide feedback/support to development teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
  • •Hands-on programming experience with MATLAB and familiarity with Python and C#.
  • •General understanding of acoustics, analog and digital electronics, and test-software development.
  • •Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.
