Key Responsibilities

  • •Elicit and document business requirements using various techniques (interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, process analysis, use cases) and deliver artifacts such as BRD, process maps, FRD, RRM, use cases, UI wireframes, functional specs, and business cases
  • •Serve as the requirements conduit between stakeholder communities and the delivery/technical team to ensure clear understanding and alignment
  • •Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to scope and deliverables
  • •Utilize enterprise-wide requirements definition and management methodologies to benefit the project
  • •Lead and participate in multiple initiatives across different lifecycle stages, challenging assumptions and driving effective solutions

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 105,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in business, computer science or 3-year college diploma (or related field) preferred; CBAP certification and IIBA membership preferred
  • •8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of BABOK version 2 (version 3 is an asset)
  • •Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance
  • •Strong analytical and requirements management skills; ability to translate client needs into application/operational requirements
