Key Responsibilities

  • •Originate and execute debt transactions (loans and bonds) for leveraged clients in France.
  • •Prepare (in English) credit applications including industry and company analysis and attend Credit Committee.
  • •Run Excel financial models (balance sheet, profit & loss, and cash flow) for base case and downside scenarios.
  • •Participate in pitches preparation for clients on existing/new opportunities (e.g., LBO, refinancing, dividend recap).
  • •Support the capital markets team in producing marketing materials and investors Q&A during underwriting and syndication processes.

Key Requirements

  • •End-of-studies student or Gap year (césure) / 2nd year student.
  • •Interest in leveraged finance.
  • •Prior internship experience, ideally in LBO (banks, CLOs, Private Equity) or in banking.
  • •Excellent fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
  • •Good knowledge of financial analysis and strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word).
