Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to achieve production targets
  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and coach for performance improvement
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory and train associates on Quality Control standards
  • •Partner with the Inspection Center General Manager to repair or reject inventory based on estimated repair cost and overall vehicle quality
