  • •Transition the platform from reactive ticket-based support to proactive self-service with paved roads and service catalogs.
  • •Partner with engineering, architecture, and security to ensure platform solutions are extensible, compliant, and meet internal developer needs.
  • •Drive developer productivity by improving APIs, SDKs, and sandbox environments to reduce time-to-first-deploy and cognitive load.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record delivering ambitious goals and taking end-to-end responsibility for customer and business outcomes.
  • •Demonstrated ability to drive ground-breaking change with strong big-picture thinking and hands-on execution.
