Operations Supervisor

Supervise behind-the-scenes operations at Spark Arena, Auckland’s 12,000-seat venue, ensuring smooth event setup and breakdown. Lead casual operations staff during load-in/load-out, oversee staging, seating, curtains, sports surfaces, and function spaces, and manage equipment maintenance and storage. Serve as an active health & safety lead, coordinate with promoters and production teams, troubleshoot issues in real time, and help maintain SOPs and technical documentation.
