Job Summary

As an Associate Project Surveyor in London, you’ll deliver cost management services across commercial, residential, life science, corporate end user and social infrastructure projects. Lead and support cost planning from inception to completion, mentor junior colleagues, strengthen client relationships, contribute to bids and business development, and collaborate with clients, consultants and contractors on high-profile schemes (values up to £500m).

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and deliver cost management on commissions, ensuring projects meet time, budget and quality requirements while coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and team members.
•Strengthen client relationships by delivering exceptional service and aligning project outcomes with client objectives.
•Mentor and develop junior team members, supporting career development and promoting a high-performance culture.
•Support bids and business development activities, engage in industry forums, and share knowledge within the organization.
•Communicate effectively with stakeholders, keeping presentations and reports clear and concise.

Key Requirements

•Experience and technical knowledge in cost management within the built environment or construction industry.
•Degree Qualified – BSc or MSc – in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.
•Professional accreditation (e.g. RICS, CIOB) achieved or commitment to achieve one
•Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, workstreams and stakeholders.
•Demonstrate leadership potential and good client relationship management.
