Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver cost management on commissions, ensuring projects meet time, budget and quality requirements while coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and team members.
  • •Strengthen client relationships by delivering exceptional service and aligning project outcomes with client objectives.
  • •Mentor and develop junior team members, supporting career development and promoting a high-performance culture.
  • •Support bids and business development activities, engage in industry forums, and share knowledge within the organization.
  • •Communicate effectively with stakeholders, keeping presentations and reports clear and concise.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience and technical knowledge in cost management within the built environment or construction industry.
  • •Degree Qualified – BSc or MSc – in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.
  • •Professional accreditation (e.g. RICS, CIOB) achieved or commitment to achieve one
  • •Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, workstreams and stakeholders.
  • •Demonstrate leadership potential and good client relationship management.
