Job Summary

Serve as a banking specialist for high net worth and ultra high net worth clients, delivering deposit and lending expertise while coordinating with a customized team. Build and manage a client pipeline, earn and drive referrals, and follow the Life360 process to identify cross-selling opportunities across service lines. Use CRM to track prospects, provide advice-based solutions, manage the client relationship and balance sheet, and proactively monitor credit and asset quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Prospect for clients by sourcing and building your own pipeline of clients and opportunities.
•Partner with WMA, internal business partners, and Centers of Influence to maximize new business and referral opportunities.
•Follow the Life360 process to identify cross-selling opportunities and deliver appropriate products and services based on client goals.
•Manage overall balance sheet across deposits and lending to increase profitability and enhance client relationships.
•Use lending and credit expertise to deliver sophisticated credit solutions while monitoring loan renewals, asset quality, and financial statements to minimize loan losses.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; Business Administration, Finance, or Economics preferred. Master’s degree preferred.
•Minimum 8 years of successful sales/client service experience in commercial, business, and/or private banking.
•Strong credit, underwriting, and loan structuring skills, including ability to analyze financial statements.
•Highly developed sales, client contact, and relationship management skills, with ability to build targeted business plans and achieve annual sales goals.
•Proficiency using CRM and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access); S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS required at time of employment.
