Job Summary

Architect and design scalable AI/HPC clusters for global deployments by evaluating and selecting compute, storage, networking, and power delivery components. Define cluster architectures that optimize performance and reliability, including CPU/GPU and memory configurations, network topologies, and storage solutions such as Lustre and Ceph. Collaborate across hardware, software, network, data center, and operations teams to deliver efficient, dependable compute infrastructure for AI and high-performance workloads.

Key Responsibilities

•Design scalable AI/HPC clusters covering compute, storage, and networking, with focus on power delivery.
•Evaluate and select CPUs, GPUs, accelerators, interconnects, and memory configurations for cluster performance.
•Design power delivery solutions for high-density AI/GPU deployments, including power budgets, redundancy, and fault tolerance.
•Design network topologies and understand workload/network performance trade-offs for AI/HPC clusters.
•Design and optimize storage solutions (e.g., Lustre, Ceph) and collaborate across hardware, software, network, data center, and operations teams to deliver reliable infrastructure.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience in HPC, AI infrastructure, or data center systems engineering.
•Strong understanding of rack and data center power delivery.
•Knowledge of GPU/CPU architectures, PCIe, UALink, InfiniBand, and Ethernet networking.
•Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and workload characteristics.
•Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
