Key Responsibilities

  • •Accelerate the scale and impact of U.S. ESG programs by coordinating compliance, reporting, governance, and business integration.
  • •Coordinate SEA subsidiaries to meet California climate disclosure regulations and other U.S.-region ESG disclosure requirements.
  • •Own task forces to ensure reporting is verified and assured in partnership with Legal and Finance and cross-divisional leads.
  • •Recommend ESG KPI dashboards and support regular reporting cadence for sustainability performance reviews.
  • •Support communications and sales enablement including marketing/PR claim review, RFP responses, customer inquiries, and sustainability training/collateral development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Senior-level experience developing and implementing ESG programs with a focus on business integration.
  • •Strong business and financial acumen, with ability to analyze and interpret data to execute assignments accurately and efficiently.
