Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the vehicle reconditioning process by evaluating vehicles for defects and repair needs.
  • •Use state-of-the-art tools while performing inspection-center work.
  • •Participate in entry-level training programs to progress skills and pay.
  • •Work the 2nd shift schedule (Mon–Thurs 4pm–3am) and perform mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 months of professional automotive repair experience.
  • •Physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, including occasional exposure to heat/cold.
  • •Use safety equipment such as face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
