Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and participate in sales presentations, annual wealth reviews, and materials for client meetings.
  • •Support scheduling and follow-up for internal/external meetings, contributing to market huddles/pods as needed.
  • •Coordinate new client onboarding and support relationship managers with IM&T new account opening data entry and client/advisor support for Wealth Direction usage.
  • •Handle deposit account opening and onboarding plus Lending operations support, including ROE calculation, underwriting support, and ordering closing documents.
  • •Maintain Salesforce (CRM) data quality and assist with data entry as needed; support retention/expansion outreach and educate clients on digital/alternative resources.

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of work/educational background.
  • •Proficiency in client service skills, including handling client/prospect and COI inquiries with strong communication and problem resolution.
  • •Ability to exercise discretion due to accessing and handling highly sensitive information.
  • •Ability to learn and use proprietary software, databases, and systems.
  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
