•Partner with TRS leadership and business-line General Managers to drive strategic initiatives and special projects across the TRS portfolio.
•Own operational projects end-to-end, from definition and solution to implementation and measurable outcomes.
•Act as connective tissue across complex initiatives, supporting process and strategy development and execution plans.
•Project manage across many stakeholders, including leading meetings and coordinating communications.
•Analyze data and systems to build insights and analytics, supporting performance against goals, financial plans, and headcount.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5+ years of varied experience in consulting or finance, including an operating role at a high-growth technology company or similar experiences.

•Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
