Key Responsibilities

•Audit and diagnose existing HR processes and tools to define best deployment strategy for ServiceNow HRSD
•Lead workshops to gather needs and write functional/technical specifications following vendor best practices
•Coordinate implementation and configuration of HRSD modules (HRSD, Employee Center Pro, Journeys) and ensure alignment with client requirements
•Drive change management to promote adoption and demonstrate benefits of ServiceNow HRSD, including post-go-live support
•Contribute to continuous improvement of team methods and stay updated on Employee Experience suite

Key Requirements

•3 to 6 years of proven experience in SIRH/ServiceNow HRSD integration
•strong knowledge of HR process design and ability to capture business requirements
•experience conducting functional, technical, and organizational audits of existing processes and tools
•ability to design and deploy HR service catalogs and complex transversal processes (onboarding or journey experiences)
•implementation experience of ServiceNow HRSD (preferably within fixed-price project frameworks) and expertise in Employee Experience suite (HRSD, WSD, LSD, H&S)
