Job Summary

Drive sales growth across Kyiv (and nearby areas) by building a prospect portfolio of local stores and corporate customers for the Glovo platform. Negotiate and close deals, manage onboarding, and help transition partners from acquisition to account management. Collaborate with Sales leadership to meet monthly objectives, coordinate sales plans with internal teams, and use CRM systems to track deals from first contact through contract signing.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and develop a prospect portfolio by negotiating with local restaurants and other partners to offer them on the Glovo platform.
•Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring smooth onboarding and transition from acquisition to account management for partners in your city.
•Partner with smaller local stores and bigger brands to expand presence on the Glovo platform across the region.
•Achieve monthly objectives defined by Area Managers/Head of Sales.
•Coordinate sales plans with the Head of Sales and the Account Management Team.

Key Requirements

•At least 1 year of experience in high-performance sales, managing complex deals, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

•Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical skills for assessing partners’ business data.
•CRM proficiency to track deals from first contact to contract signing (Salesforce is a plus).
