Key Responsibilities

  • •Conceptualize, specify, design, develop, and validate electronic hardware and PCBA solutions for life safety and power management products.
  • •Perform analog and digital circuit design, component selection, schematic capture, simulations, prototyping, laboratory testing, and EMC/EMI validation.
  • •Own the creation, maintenance, and release of product technical documentation (user manuals, installation guides, maintenance instructions, labels, and engineering drawings).
  • •Generate and manage engineering documentation (schematics, BOMs, design/validation/test reports) with accuracy in PLM systems and maintained revision control.
  • •Support manufacturing readiness reviews, production ramp-up, technical reviews/risk assessments/DFSS activities, and coordinate documentation consistency with internal teams and external suppliers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in electronic hardware design and development.
  • •Experience in industrial electronics, embedded hardware, control systems, or life safety products.
  • •Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation for engineering products.
  • •Knowledge of analog/digital electronics design, PCB design principles, and hardware debugging with laboratory validation.
