Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute national account business plans to drive revenue growth, profitability, market penetration, and customer engagement for the Trex Outdoor Living portfolio.
  • •Lead fact-based selling and execution through customer presentations, joint business planning sessions, promotions, and market development initiatives.
  • •Analyze market conditions, competitive activity, customer performance data, inventory trends, and pricing dynamics to identify opportunities and risks.
  • •Partner with Trex leadership and BlueLinx stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, customer-specific solutions, and support new product launches and merchandising initiatives.

Key Requirements
