Key Responsibilities

  • •Take the lead on planning for multiple projects or complex programmes and mentor junior planning professionals
  • •Create, develop and maintain project schedules aligned with requirements on complex, risk-managed projects
  • •Ensure adherence to NEC or FIDIC contract processes for schedule data and submissions
  • •Develop status reports and provide visibility on project progress to management
  • •Oversee Integrated Project Controls standards and coach planning personnel

Key Requirements

  • •Senior professional Project Controls experience specialising in Planning & Scheduling across the whole project lifecycle
  • •Strong knowledge and proficiency with Primavera (P6) and other planning and resourcing software
  • •Able to coordinate and work with multi-disciplinary teams
  • •Strong communication skills with leadership ability to influence, motivate and develop a team
  • •Be able to obtain BPSS level security clearance and ideally belong to a relevant professional body
