Key Responsibilities

  • •Protect customer privacy and security by following compliance and risk procedures, including fraud awareness and secure cash handling.
  • •Process daily transactions accurately and follow cash handling, teller differences, dual control, and cash limit guidelines.
  • •Engage customers through inbound conversations (calls and drive thru) and use marketing campaigns to inform customers about products and promotions.
  • •Conduct service-related outbound calls to achieve assigned call goals, identify partner referrals, and obtain unsecured lending certification as needed.
  • •Support personal development and customer experience goals by progressing through Pathways, learning BUILD/BUILD 2.0, and completing required trainings.

Key Requirements

  • •A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Two (2) or more years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding assigned goals.
  • •Excellent communication skills, motivated to learn, solutions-based sales skills, professionalism, and strong relationship-building in a complex environment.
  • •Technologically savvy with tools such as Microsoft Office, Internet, mobile technology, and bank systems.
  • •A valid driver’s license and ability/willingness to travel regionally.
