Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the assembly of focal plane modules from implementation of design to shipment, including creating build plans and schedules for nonrecurring and recurring tasks.
  • •Interpret engineering drawings and specifications into manufacturing instructions aligned with quality, safety, and security requirements.
  • •Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and planning documents; participate in tooling reviews and evaluate tool designs.
  • •Review hardware for compliance, generate work/rework/repair documentation, and troubleshoot to support production activities.
  • •Determine causes of defects, improve processes through updates to work instructions/tools/processes/equipment, and present investigations at the Corrective Action Board (CAB).

Key Requirements
