Commercial Banking Specialist

Support a team of commercial calling officers and portfolio managers serving complex business relationships. Serve as the primary contact for loan portfolio issues, resolve customer account concerns, and process paydowns/advances. Assist with closing documentation (including complex legal documents), coordinate operational items like overdrafts and wire transfers, review documentation exceptions, and help prepare Loan Committee materials and management reports. Provide high-quality customer service and identify cross-selling opportunities.
