Job Summary

Lead store execution as the key link between products and customers while supporting and developing Stylists. Deliver store KPI and profit opportunities by deputising the management team, implementing daily/weekly sales targets, and monitoring performance through reports. Help with core store operations including stock management, payroll, admin, and rota, and ensure an exceptional 1-2-1 customer journey.
