Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic execution and business management support to the International Banking Group Chief of Staff and senior leadership to deliver international business priorities.
  • •Execute insight-driven MIS, decks, strategy papers, and analysis to support governance and business management.
  • •Lead business delivery across global transaction banking, treasury and global markets, and global corporate banking, including product and digitization initiatives.
  • •Oversee governance-related activities, relationship manager productivity/portfolio optimization, and client experience agenda adoption within regional standards.
  • •Manage budgeting, financial oversight, reporting optimization with Finance, and lead cross-functional planning and execution of projects that improve efficiency and bottom-line performance.

Key Requirements

  • •15 years of banking experience, including at least 5 years at senior executive level and at least 5 years with exposure in international banking.
  • •Management leadership experience within a financial institution, ideally in an international or multi-regional capacity.
  • •Strong understanding of global banking operations, financial products, compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks across jurisdictions.
  • •Experience formulating and executing corporate strategy, setting long-term goals, and aligning plans with business objectives.
  • •Ability to oversee multiple initiatives through project and change management, including digital innovation and regulatory shifts, while managing high-level stakeholders.
