Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop MOT design packages for highway improvement projects as part of alternative delivery projects.
  • •Produce MOT design deliverables including cross sections, typical cross sections, traffic control plans, profiles, and detour routes.
  • •Create temporary signing and pavement marking plans and related MOT components.
  • •Support projects as MOT Engineers (junior/mid/senior) or Task Leads, depending on level.
  • •Collaborate on alternative delivery projects for large-scale transportation work in the southern US.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in Engineering (or demonstrated equivalency) for engineers, or demonstrated equivalency for MOT CAD Designers.
  • •Junior Engineers: BS in Engineering plus 2 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Mid-Level Engineers: BS in Engineering plus 6 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads: BS in Engineering plus 10 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Preferred: EIT certification or PE license; master’s degree in engineering.
