Job Summary

Data analyst role supporting Stripe's Internal System Org by delivering objective insights through data analysis, dashboards, and collaborations with Finance, Strategy, Accounting, Product, and GTM teams. You’ll reconcile large finance datasets, drive revenue insights, and partner with engineering/product teams to define data-driven product solutions and leverage AI to boost team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform data analysis, identify trends, conduct research, build visualizations to deliver objective insights for stakeholders
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Strategy, Accounting, Product, Tax, User billing, Seller System, Sales Ops) to align on financial goals and drive revenue growth
•Be the data strategy partner for our business stakeholders
•Reconcile complex datasets across finance systems
•Coordinate cross-functional projects to drive operational efficiencies and improve stakeholder efficiency

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in STEM major and 4+ years of data analysis experience
•Strong analytical ability with proficiency in SQL (3+ years) and understanding of data relationships
•Experience working with extremely large datasets
•Outstanding communication skills
•Domain knowledge in Finance/Accounting/GTM
