Provide timely, accurate handling of client transactions while delivering a consistently high service experience. Educate customers on digital self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking, and support sales efforts through outbound calling and identifying customer needs. Cross-trained to assist with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM), serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution, and follow internal controls and risk-management policies to ensure compliance.
