Key Responsibilities

  • •Keep the venue safe and clean by disinfecting restrooms and guest areas, removing trash, and restocking hygiene and paper materials.
  • •Perform emergency/unscheduled and scheduled maintenance repairs for production equipment during production and machine service.
  • •Handle simple machinist duties and mechanic skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
  • •Diagnose equipment problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust machines and facilities, and complete preventive maintenance.
  • •Perform plumbing and carpentry functions using hand/power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment; report faults and unusual situations to supervision.

Key Requirements

  • •Requires a high school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent education and production maintenance experience.
  • •An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is a plus.
  • •Highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • •Ability to constantly walk, climb stairs, and lift/carry 50 lbs.+, with occasional sitting.
  • •Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance and service.
