Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute and validate tests across real-time pharmacy claims processing and adjudication systems.
  • •Analyze user needs to prepare test scenarios and test cases using Agile methodology.
  • •Create and maintain release testing artifacts (test cases, test data, execution results) and participate in SIT, regression, and E2E.
  • •Follow QA standards and organizational QA frameworks, and communicate test results and defects clearly to stakeholders and vendors.
  • •Identify, log, and track defects through closure while supporting test environment setup and release validation/deployment verification.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of QA experience with PBM/pharmacy claims domain knowledge.
  • •Write SQL queries for data validation and validate end-to-end pharmacy claims lifecycle (eligibility, benefit verification, adjudication, pricing logic).
  • •Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data, including COB/other payer, prior authorization, formulary/benefit plan rules, and specialty/retail claims.
  • •Understand NCPDP standards (D.0; F6 preferred) and interpret business/technical requirements for Agile/Waterfall testing.
  • •Experience with web services/API testing using Postman or SoapUI and basic knowledge of automation tools and testing practices.
