Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design of Plumbing, Fire Protection, and HVAC systems for complex building projects.
•Serve as the Technical Lead for the Mechanical Discipline, providing specialized technical input and oversight on studies, designs, and construction documentation.
•Review and prepare HVAC design concepts, layouts, and calculations to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
•Develop plumbing system layouts, including domestic water distribution, sanitary drainage, venting, storm drainage, and specialty systems.
•Provide fire suppression indicative design, including wet/dry sprinkler systems, standpipes, and specialized suppression systems for unique applications.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 110,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
•Minimum 6 years of experience in designing HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for commercial, institutional, and light industrial facilities;

•Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and REVIT for 2D and 3D design and drafting;
•Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences;
