Job Summary

Lead fraud solutions across KeyBank’s products, client segments, and channels by reducing enterprise fraud risk and strengthening cross-functional partnerships. Serve as the primary representative of Fraud Solutions to enterprise partners and leadership while managing a team of fraud policy and risk management professionals. •Serve as a fraud policy and risk subject matter expert across the enterprise.
•Drive forward-looking fraud and risk discussions in governance forums instead of only reacting to issues.
•Articulate fraud risks in business terms (client impact, financial exposure, reputational risk) to support decision-making.
•Influence upstream decisions including product design, servicing changes, vendor selection, fraud strategies, and project selections to prevent risk introduction.
•Manage and develop the fraud policy and risk management team, and provide written governance and executive reporting updates (e.g., Monthly Business Reviews).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 116,000 - 216,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Deep fraud domain and banking experience, preferably 5–10 years in fraud and risk management across multiple fraud verticals (deposit, check, payments, card, commercial, and new account/onboarding fraud).
•Strong policy governance and regulatory knowledge, including familiarity with risk policies, escalation triggers, and minimum standards.
•Knowledge of relevant regulations and frameworks including Reg E, Reg Z, Reg CC, UDAAP, KYC/KYB, CIP, FCRA, and FACTA.
•Experience with red flags and ATO governance, including both first- and third-party fraud typologies.
•Ability to manage and develop a high-performing team of fraud policy and risk management professionals, ensuring capability building and role clarity.
