Job Summary

Serve as a Channel Solution Architect for India and SAARC, working with Alliance Managers and partner Solution Providers/Managed Service partners. Enable solution selling through technical training, demos, deployments, and active testing of CrowdStrike endpoint security offerings. Build partner expertise via partner portal tools, NFR/POC/POV methodologies, and attacker/competitive guidance—while driving accreditation/certification and partner-led joint opportunities from Mumbai only.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Work closely with Alliance Managers to support mutual growth with Solution Providers and Managed Service partners.
•Build trusted relationships with partner technical and sales staff, acting as a resource to support CrowdStrike solution selling.
•Technically enable partners to pitch, position, demo, deploy, and support active testing of current and new CrowdStrike solutions while continuing partner education.
•Drive partners toward technical independence by leveraging partner resources (partner portal, scripted demo tools, compliant NFR environments, POC/POV).
•Consult on partner performance, help partners exceed quota, lead accreditation/certification efforts, and assist with qualifying and guiding joint opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment with the ability to set priorities with minimal supervision.
•Strong communication and presentation skills to adapt messaging for different audiences.
•Technical knowledge in areas such as endpoint security, cloud workload infrastructure, incident response, computer forensics, network administration, identity protection, zero-trust, MDR/XDR, and data protection.
•Proven experience in consulting or sales engineering, preferably generating net new business through channel partners and managed service providers.
•Experience with large-scale cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs/scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash), malware/threat intelligence/sandbox analysis, and relevant industry certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, OSCP, SANS).
