Key Responsibilities

  • •Proctor a computerized knowledge-based exam and objectively observe and score candidates’ clinical skills.
  • •Prepare for test events by monitoring rosters and ensuring sites are set up and cleaned up according to policies.
  • •Greet examinees, verify identification, and manage the testing environment to support candidate flow.
  • •Observe and rate candidates during practical exams; resolve candidate issues or report them to the appropriate supervisor.
  • •Protect exam content, coordinate candidate rosters/online appointment schedules, and provide on-site leadership to ensure a seamless experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Registered Nurses with an active and unrestricted license in the state of operation.
  • •1 year of experience in long-term care or caring for the chronically ill.
  • •Intermediate to advanced technical skills and familiarity with computer programs and applications, including MS Office, Outlook, and web browsing.
  • •Strong communication skills (oral and written) and strong problem-solving/troubleshooting ability.
  • •Valid driver’s license and vehicle to travel to test events.
