Job Summary

Support and optimize drop ship operations by partnering with vendors and internal teams to monitor order fulfillment performance, analyze supply-chain and sell-through data, and improve vendor compliance. Provide sales-assortment insights and complex sales/sell-in reporting, help identify service risks and growth opportunities, and collaborate on season forecasting to maximize production runs and gross margins while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

•Support and optimize drop ship operations by managing vendor relationships and monitoring order fulfillment performance.
•Analyze retailer sales, inventory, and fulfillment performance to identify growth opportunities and service risks.
•Generate and deliver complex sales and sell-in reporting, analytics, and ad hoc requests to stakeholders and internal teams.
•Provide data-driven assortment recommendations and participate in account meetings during seasonal pre-lines and booking timeframes.
•Work with Regional Sales Directors on season forecasting, identifying product opportunities and liabilities to maximize production runs and internal gross margins.

•Bachelor's degree in Business or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•5-8 years of professional experience in a related position.
•Previous experience in retail buying, retail planning, or retail forecasting and sales analysis.
•Advanced retail math knowledge, pricing strategies, and strong understanding of open-to-buy and financial planning processes.
•Proficient with data manipulation (statistical analysis and advanced math calculations) and strong communication with external partners.
