Accounting Operations- 6 Month Contract (100% Remote Canada)

Own the monthly partner billing cycle end-to-end, including gathering partner inputs, producing reports, coordinating reviews, and closing out on time. Handle partner-facing billing communication and inquiry responses, investigate billing data discrepancies, and resolve issues in a documented way. Create and track partner invoices in NetSuite, match POs to invoices, confirm remittances, and support month-end close with reconciliations and journal prep across a 6-month contractor engagement (with potential to extend).
