Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to Total Rewards processing timelines and steps to deliver a positive employee experience.
  • •Explain health/benefits plan features and options to employees, and respond to benefits inquiries to resolve issues or escalate appropriately.
  • •Research, analyze, and evaluate benefit plan data issues using internal HRIS, internal payroll, carrier, and third-party systems.
  • •Support compliance and audit activities for benefits plans, including enrollments, terminations, changes, and required testing (e.g., COBRA, disability and related claims).
  • •Perform monthly billing for benefit plans to accounts payable and finance; review bills for accuracy, maintain employee files/records, and support special projects.

  • •Ability to handle ambiguity while delivering day-to-day requirements and meeting deadlines for small tasks.
