Lead store operations at The North Face by supporting the store leadership team, driving exceptional customer engagement, and coaching associates. Monitor sales and performance KPIs, model consumer-centric selling, and help achieve individual and store goals. Ensure merchandising and inventory standards are met, including stockroom operations, loss prevention practices, and shipping/receiving. Help create an inclusive, positive store environment while partnering with managers to maximize profitability.
