Key Responsibilities

•Define and pilot the global omnichannel distribution strategy (Retail, Wholesale and E‑commerce) and translate this vision by category: prêt‑à‑chausser, bespoke, accessories, care.
•Pilot performance by region, network and category; structure tools of governance: KPIs, reporting, analyses, action plans.
•Accelerate international Retail development: select expansion plans, analyze markets, and drive store openings through COMEX Hermès.
•Elevate customer experience and BtoC performance by defining standards, clienteling, and loyalty programs.
•Exercise leadership and influence by managing an international team (≈90), collaborating with Product, Finance, Operations, Marketing and HR, and representing the Maison with Hermès International.

Key Requirements

•Significant international commercial leadership experience in premium or luxury environments, with exposure to transformation initiatives.
•Mastery across Retail, Wholesale and E‑commerce channels.
•Concrete experience in developing and opening owned stores.
•Expertise in building and executing global distribution strategies.
•International exposure is essential; field retail experience is a plus; fluent English required.
