Learning Designer

The Learning Designer designs and develops Coursera-produced content and supports APAC partners. You’ll collaborate with SMEs, vendors, and cross-functional teams to create asynchronous, skill-aligned learning experiences, prototype new formats, measure impact, and ensure high-quality production through clear standards and feedback, applying AI-assisted design tools to scale learning at a global level.
