Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the designated PPV Leader, coordinating technical reviews to prove manufacturing systems can repeatably produce conforming items in serial mode.
  • •Assess compliance evidence and ensure Jigs & Tools are qualified, Control/Inspection plans are active, and Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) is completed.
  • •Oversee First Article Inspections (FAI) and analyze Routing Comparison Sheets for serial readiness.
  • •Track technical corrective actions, perform risk assessments on operational gaps, and drive project closure for transition to full-rate production.
  • •Act as a technical advisor to multi-functional team (MFT) stakeholders to resolve industrial risks and production readiness issues.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in an Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality Control environment (New Product Introduction/Industrialization experience preferred).
  • •Hands-on quality methodologies including PFMEA, FAI, PPAP/APQP, and MSA.
  • •Proven ability to manage multiple complex technical projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • •Advanced proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite (Excel/Sheets); experience with ERP/PLM systems such as SAP is a plus.
  • •High initiative with the ability to influence multi-functional team (MFT) stakeholders to resolve technical roadblocks.
