Key Responsibilities

  • •Build the top-of-funnel pipeline for our Engineering teams and identify and message prospective candidates using sourcing channels.
  • •Master the Verse narrative to effectively communicate our mission and values to passive candidates.
  • •Maintain data integrity in the ATS (Ashby) and track your own conversion metrics.
  • •Assist Talent Partners with scheduling and candidate coordination to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • •Collaborate with the Talent team to optimize sourcing processes and contribute to a positive candidate journey.

Salary: USD 70,000 - 75,000 annually
