Job Summary

Senior product engineering role focused on RF microelectronics in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

•Interface with internal and external suppliers, engineering, and program leadership to develop cost reduction activities, mitigate process defects, and promote effective design choices through statistical analysis.
•Gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment with development RF Microelectronics (Fire Control AESAs, Electronic Warfare, SATCOMs, etc.).
•Act as liaison between the factory and program to improve producibility of complex RF electronics components and assemblies.
•Collaborate to resolve product-specific design and process challenges for cutting edge RF microelectronics used in land, sea, airborne, and space applications.
•Learn the processes and equipment used to assemble hardware, with exposure to metrology and testing techniques.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience.
•Currently possess or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
•Materials and process experience with MIL-STD-883, J-STD-001H, AS9100 and RF microelectronics in a production environment.
•Strong and effective communication skills to convey technical trade studies with internal and external customers.
•Data driven and results oriented with track record of mitigating risks and capturing opportunities.
