Job Summary

Own HVAC engineering delivery end to end—design, tendering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover—for systems including AHUs, ventilation, smoke exhaust, chilled/cooling water, and cleanroom HVAC. Lead HVAC design reviews and tender technical specs, track equipment procurement/manufacturing, manage installation quality, coordinate interfaces, run air balance and water system testing, and report progress, risks, and recommendations to project decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

•Take full responsibility for HVAC works (AHUs, ventilation, smoke exhaust, chilled water, cooling water, cleanroom HVAC, etc.) throughout the entire project lifecycle from design, procurement, construction to commissioning and handover.
•Participate in HVAC and cleanroom design reviews, focusing on critical process parameters such as cleanliness, temperature/humidity, pressure differentials, and air change rates.
•Lead HVAC technical specification preparation for tendering, and participate in equipment selection and technical bid evaluation.
•Track procurement and manufacturing progress of key equipment such as chillers, AHUs, fans, and pumps.
•Manage on-site HVAC installation quality during construction, coordinate duct/pipe routing and interfaces, and organize air balance, hydrostatic testing, water system balancing, and integrated commissioning.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in HVAC, Building Environment and Equipment Engineering, Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, or a related field.
•Minimum 5 years of HVAC engineering experience, preferably with full-cycle project management experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing plant projects.
•Familiar with the full process of industrial plant HVAC and cleanroom systems (design, tendering, procurement, construction, commissioning, validation).
•Experience preparing HVAC technical RFP documents and participating in bid evaluation.
•Familiar with cleanroom standards and validation procedures.
