Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Workday HCM production enhancements, configuration, testing, and functional/end-user testing to meet business requirements.
  • •Provide ad hoc reporting and complete data audits to ensure HRIS accuracy and data integrity.
  • •Research and resolve issues and errors in data transfers from HRIS to other systems/vendors, including benefit providers.
  • •Execute bulk employee changes via EIB and complete user access audits to ensure HR data is appropriately restricted.
  • •Partner with HR and IT as a product area owner to analyze business processes, recommend improvements, implement new systems, and deliver user training.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of Workday configuration experience and deep expertise in at least 1 Workday HCM module, including upgrades/new features management.
  • •5-7 years of HRIS/IT experience including HR application analysis/support, working with data, business process design, and documentation.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft applications including MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
  • •Strong auditing, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and improve processes.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and resolve HR technology production support issues independently and work collaboratively.
