Job Summary

Keep venues safe, clean, and show-ready by cleaning and restocking guest-facing areas, performing emergency and scheduled maintenance, and supporting preventive upkeep. Diagnose equipment issues, replace or repair parts, and service production machines and facilities. Assist with plumbing and carpentry tasks, use hand and power tools and electric meters, and support venue sustainability efforts by implementing resource-saving and recycling programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Keep the venue safe and clean by cleaning/disinfecting fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors, and restroom walls; restock restroom supplies and hygiene products; remove trash from guest-facing areas.
•Perform emergency/unscheduled and scheduled maintenance/repairs of production equipment during production and machine service.
•Perform mechanic and simple machinist duties including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting, repair, and adjustments.
•Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders; diagnose problems; replace or repair parts; test and make adjustments.
•Support regular preventive maintenance and perform plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions while complying with safety regulations.

Key Requirements

•Requires a high school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or equivalent education and production maintenance experience.
•Experience performing production maintenance and maintaining equipment using safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems.
•An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is a plus.
•Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
•Must be able to constantly walk/climb stairs and lift/carry 50 lbs (occasional sitting).
